Isaiah Hicks has played the second-most games for the University of North Carolina (151) and finished his college career as a National Champion. Since graduating from UNC, Hicks has had some time in the NBA with the New York Knicks, a couple of seasons in the NBA G-League with the Westchester Knicks, before over the past two years taking his talents overseas to Russia and South Korea.

Isaiah Hicks re-signed with the Seoul Samsung Thunders for the second straight season in June. Hicks was the star player for the Korean Basketball League (KBL) team this past season, leading the team in PPG, RPG and BPG.

Hicks played 54 games for Seoul this season and started 51 of them. Seoul struggled in the league this year with a record of 24-30, but Hicks’ numbers were impressive. Hicks averaged 17.28 PPG for Seoul and was in the Top 10 Scorers of the KBL. Hicks also led the league in BPG with 1.5.

Isaiah’s best performance this year was probably the 91-90 win over Incheon. He ended the game with 22 points, including the game-winning basket in the final seconds.
